The Dubbo Chamber of Commerce advocates for business and equips us with inspiring content, delivering what businesses want and need. In our own business journey, the community of likeminded business people has greatly contributed to our success. Additionally, working with other great local businesses, such as trade suppliers and conveyancers, is an essential part of us delivering our service.
As a family, the ties between our business and our home are strong. It all began with a dream, then became an office in a bedroom in our home, and has since grown into the workplace we get to share with our team and clients today.
The home is a safe place to embark on our dreams. Now more than ever, we've not just seen entrepreneurs & small business operating from home offices, but also multinational companies making the decision to support team members to base their work from home.
As business owners and as long-time locals, we want to be part of the solution to the housing supply shortage, and have actively engaged with the Real Estate Institute of NSW and Dubbo Regional Council to provide insight and support where we can. A combination of national trends, plus the growth and attractive lifestyle on offer in Dubbo, has meant that demand has outstripped supply, and while that's a point of concern, it's also very encouraging to see such confidence in our city and its future.
We know the home is at the center of a fulfilling life, and this is why we are committed to contributing to social justice projects to ensure the home is a symbol of safety, particularly for the most vulnerable members of society. Since our very first transaction, we’ve made it practice to contribute to organisations like Orana Support, Little Wings, Tradies In Sight, Global Care (Australian Disaster Recovery), White Ribbon, Cystic Fibrosis Community Care and Hands Across The Water.
We are constantly encouraged by our many wonderful clients who are thinking long-term about the impact they want to make through their investment. This means together, we can partner with organisations like Orana Support and Housing Plus, our local specialist homelessness and affordable housing providers.
